Monthly Unlimited Class Pass

This gives you a chance to try everything out. The entire class schedule is up for grabs. Come on in and enjoy our variety of fitness classes.

This allows you the flexibility you need to work with your busy schedule. These passes never expire. If you don't see yourself having a steady month-to-month routine, you'd want to take advantage of this plan.

This is the same idea as the 10-Class Punch Pass listed above, but at a discounted rate for the Youth and Silver & Fit classes we offer. This pass is only usable for these two types of programs.

Walk-in - $20/class

Unsure if the class is right for you? Are you visiting the area and want a quick workout? Do you have a friend who wants to give us a try? Come in before the class and we'll get you set up.

Youth/FOREVER Fit Walk-in - $7/class

If you'd like to try our youth program or Fabulously Fit classes before you commit, this one is for you. Just swing in and we'll get you set up before the class.


EXPLORE OUR CLASSES

Strength:

Get back to the basics! Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when at rest and working out.

AERIAL:

This class combines elements of yoga and dance on an aerial hammock. Class begins with conditioning, stretching, and beginner poses for the first half, then we gradually start to piece movement together to create a flow. All levels are welcome and flexibility is not required. Wear formed fitted clothing with legs covered. Shorts are not advised.

Cardio KickBoxing:

Looking to release your frustrations? Come punch & kick it to music in a class that incorporates various punch & kick combos to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular toning, & ab strength in a fun safe environment. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat!

Spin & Tone:

An All-In-One workout! Resistance training, spinning, and body weight exercises that provide a great full body workout without over doing one mode of training. This workout will leave you with increased energy for the rest of your day.

Tabata:

Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format. It is 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest and repeated up to 8 times. This class melts fat and increases muscular endurance!

FOREVER FIT:

Do you move at a slower pace, but want to increase energy levels, maintain everyday independence & improve overall quality of life? This class provides mature adults a safe & fun opportunity to meet new people and be physically active while working at their own pace performing basic strength & cardiovascular exercises.

Spinning:

Our indoor cycling classes offer a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and perhaps a desire to be out on the road.

Bodyweight:

Come and see what your body can do! This class is about manipulating your body-weight and gravity to use as resistance. Learn about your body's limits with slow and controlled movements. Just when you think you have a movement down, we'll tweak it to make it more challenging. We'll combine TRX, body-weight exercises in this class.

Need more of challenge? Injury consideration? Have an area needing improvement? No worries. Our trainers' vast fitness knowledge and expertise allows them to tailor and modify every exercise throughout a class to you, ensuring you safely get the results you are looking for from every class.
