The weather is bad, are you open?

If you have questions regarding the cancellation of a personal training session, please contact your trainer.

We make every attempt to hold our classes at the scheduled time. Sometimes, however, the roads are too dangerous to drive on. When the Windham, Maine school district is cancelled (RSU 14), our classes are also cancelled. Check our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates.

I’ve called, but no one has answered. When is a good time to contact you?

We don’t always have staff on location. Trainers are typically at PNF when a fitness class or personal training session is scheduled. Sometimes a call slips through when we’re all busy training. Leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

What are your business hours?

We’re only open when a trainer is on site. This means we’re open by appointment only, but we’re generally available all day. We have plenty of staff and fitness classes going on to keep our doors open.
