Youth Training
We offer the only specialized training center for youth fitness in the Lakes Region. We firmly believe in building functional young bodies.
Functional training for the kids creates a sturdy platform for building coordination, strength, and speed. A functional child will have the strength, flexibility, and coordination to excel in their sport. By completing specific exercises that simulate normal movement patterns or challenging balance through different planes of a movement pattern, training will give ease to the physical aspect during day to day life or competition. We give young athletes the tools they need to compete. We take pride in improving athletic performance, decreasing risk for injury, and increasing self-confidence.
It's never too early to start training body mechanics, coordination and gait. We specialize in training the youth and strive to give them the best opportunity to achieve a high level of fitness.
Senior Fitness
Do you move at a slower pace, but want to increase energy levels, maintain everyday independence & improve overall quality of life? Our Fabulously Fit class provides mature adults a safe & fun opportunity to meet new people and be physically active while working at their own pace performing basic strength & cardiovascular exercises.
We also offer personalized training sessions with our expert staff. We’ll work around any conditions you may have, and we’ll make you stronger so you can lead a healthy life.
