We are very pleased to announce that we have recently expanded from just our foundation of 1:1 training to also offer more affordable private group training. Whether you sign up with a partner or other friends or you simply come in on your own, you can work within a small group and a personal trainer to get a complete program of resistance, cardio and nutrition guidance.
